UAV Thermal Payload
The Concept of UAV's as simple payload carriers is now
well established, but the sensor options available to most
users has been limited by size, weight, cost, and been
mostly visible band cameras. But not anymore.
The Aquila Micro thermal payload was specifically
designed for easy integration into today's most prevalent
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's)
Weighing only 95 grams, this rugged, IP67 package is
built around the DRS Technologies Tamarisk® thermal
core that features;
* 320x240 resolution uncooled VOx Microbolometer
* 60fps output, NTSC or PAL
* Operates on 5v-30v DC
* 1x-4x digital zoom
* ICE (Image Contrast Enhancement)
* Polarity
* Integrated automatic shutter
With any 3 free AUX channels you can control the
zoom, ICE, and polarity funtions in real time.
This latest addition to Liteye's Aquila thermal camera
line offers the small professional drone operator an
extremely high specification and low SWAP, low cost
thermal sensor with all the capabilities and options found
in military-grade payloads.
