Cymbidium cochleare Native of: India, Burma, Thailand. Habitat: An epiphyte in monsoon forest at around 1600m. Description: A medium sized cymbidium with fine leaves and pendulous flower spikes carrying up to twenty 5cm flowers. Cultivation Guidance: At school we grow this cool (min.100C) wet in the summer dryish in winter. We grow it in a basket to allow for the pendulous flower spikes.
