 Also known as “Dwarf
Umbrella Tree”.
 Native to Taiwan.
 Can produce aerial roots
under the right conditions.
Care Tips

Light: This plant requires bright, but indirect light. If its leaves
begins to drop and turn yellow, the plant isn’t getting enough light.

Water: Allow the soil to dry in between watering; however do not
allow it to stay dry for long periods of time.

Temperature: This plant does well in temperatures ranging from
65 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

Fertilizer: A feeding of a general houseplant fertilizer once every
month to few months will keep this plant looking vibrant.

Maintenance: Do not be afraid to prune your Schefflera back
into shape if it gets out of control; it will grow back better than
ever after a pruning.

Other: Spider mites are a common problem with
this plant; once a week or more give the Schefflera
a nice misting of a soapy water mixture to help prevent them.
