Prerequisite: Instructor approval
Overview: This course is designed to prepare the student for the AP Music Theory Exam. AP Music
Theory covers the material of first-year college-level theory, including, but not limited to, the
development of fundamental aural, notational, and performance skills. Instructor approval is mandatory
and students are required to be enrolled in another school music ensemble.
