3rd Nine Weeks Math Project: Real-Life example of Acute Triangles! A Real-Life Look at Geometry Project Guidelines: This project requires students to create an electronic presentation (Power Point, Educreations or other) or a book that highlights reallife examples of geometrical figures. Students MUST use photographs pulled from internet, cut from magazines, or photos that they have taken themselves for their presentation. Drawings will not be accepted. Projects done on the computer need to be saved to a flash drive labeled with student’s name. Flash drives will be returned. Educreations presentations can be saved to teacher’s account for submission. Mrs. DuShane’s and Mrs. King’s Educreations account code is YHHCSLG *Educreations is a free app for ipads or can be accessed through the internet. Google for information or try the links below. Your child should be familiar with this app! Educreations is not required for this project; it is just a suggestion. *https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/educreations-interactivewhiteboard/id478617061?mt=8 *https://www.educreations.com/ The Presentation is outlined below and students must meet the requirements given to receive full credit, but creativity is encouraged **Parents, it’s always a good idea to sit with your child when they are searching for pictures online!!!! DUE DATE: MARCH 8th Rubric attached *After you find an image that contains the line, angle or shape that is required for a page, you need to highlight the line, shape or angle in the picture and label it so that your readers will know the figure you are featuring.
