Go to Start – All Programs – Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Right Click Database and click Restore Database
1.
Type the database name on which you wants to restore backup
2.
Select From Device and click on Browse Button as indicated
1. Click Add in below screen
2. Select Backup file to restore and click OK
Note: Make sure that file format is .bak
1. Select the Option page
2. Check the Overwrite option (In case you want to overwrite)
3. Click OK
