Patient Services - How to View your Summary If your practice is enabled for patient summary access and you have a Patient Services account, you can view the following clinical data from your medical record: Your Allergy Details - Drug and non-drug. See Viewing Allergies (page 2). Your Prescriptions History - Acute, repeat and discontinued. See Viewing Prescriptions History (page 2). Note - If you have no recorded allergies or prescription history 'You have no related information to display' is displayed. To view your summary information: 1. Log in to www.patientservices.co.uk in the usual way. 2. Select Summary , and the Summary screen is displayed. Patient Summary Patient Services – Viewing your Summary 1 Viewing Allergies Important - Only available if your practice has enabled this option. Depending on the configuration selected by your GP practice, if you have any drug or non-drug allergies recorded on your record you can view them by clicking on Allergies. Note - Whilst you can view your allergies here, you are not able to add or change anything on this list. If you think the information recorded is not correct, please contact your practice. 1. From the Summary screen, click Allergies . 2. A list of your recorded allergies is displayed most recently recorded at the top. Example of Allergies Note - Your practice may have added extra information to these records about your allergies which is not viewable from here. Please contact your practice if you require further information. Viewing Prescriptions History Important - Only available if your practice enables this option. If you have any prescribed medications recorded on your medical record you can view them by clicking on: Repeat Medications - for all repeat prescriptions. Unavailable Repeat Medications - for all repeat prescriptions inactivated by your GP practice in the last 6 months. Acute Medications -for all acute prescriptions issued in the last 12 months, eg Penicillin prescribed for an infection. Note - You can view your medications from here, but you are not able to add or change anything. If you think the information recorded is not correct, please contact your GP practice. 1. From the Summary screen, click the prescription type you want to view. 2 Vision 3 2. A list of medications of the type selected is displayed, most recently recorded at the top. Example of medications Remember - You cannot re-order repeat prescriptions from this screen, select Prescriptions from the top tool bar to order repeat medication.
