75 Watt Variable Power Module with Temperature Protection
Pluto 26650 is a power regulated digital switch-mode DC-DC converter for personal vaporizers.
The output’s power of the controller can be adjusted to support the constant power’s output,
which can automatically detect and match the atomizer’s resistance. Besides, The controller
supports Ni/Ti material atomizer temperature’s control. This controller uses the full digital DC/DC
converter with synchronous rectifier, which has a high power conversion efficiency to maximize
the battery life.

Operation and display :
1. For the first time, displaying the power logo for 3s, then turn to hibernation, now you
need to switch ignition key 5 times within 2s continuously to go into the main interface.

3. Lock mode : Press the ignition key 3 times continuously to enter the lock mode. Under
the lock mode, the output of the controller is forbidden and can not be ignited. When
press the button, the screen will show.
Continuously press ignition key 3 times
at this time, exiting the lock mode displaying then go into the main interface.
4. Adjusting the Power or Joule under the main interface: Click the Add button to enter the
selected power / joule of the save channel, Once again, click the Add button to select
the M1~M5 channel
, After selecting the appropriate channel, then click the
minus key to enter the current channel to adjust the power or Joule
. Then
click add, minus key to adjust the current power and Joule. After that, press the ignition
key to exit this mode and save the corresponding value.
5. Select the output power mode under the main interface: In the main interface, click the
button to enter the output power mode, Then click add, minus key to choose four kinds
of output power: SOFT, STANDARD 、POWERFU+, POWERFUL.
SOFT: The ratio of output power is 0.2 times lower than set power at the first 3 seconds,
then output according to set power.
STANDARD: Normal power’s output.
POWERFU+: Output is 1.2 times of set power at the first 3 seconds, then output
according to set power.
POWERFUL:Output is 1.3 times of set power at the first 3 seconds, then output
according to set power.
Notice: The above situation must be in the case of the battery can be supported and
not more than the maximum output power.
6. When there is a single battery charging, the interface is:
7. Entering into the set menu: In the main interface click the ignition key 5 times, then
enter the setup menu. After which click the ignition key to switch the settings options.
Plus, minus key is opening or closing the option . When the SENSOR is opened, the
left and right button’s functions are the same with add, and minus keys.

7.4. Press plus, minus keys to select the temperature control resistance wire material

7.6. Press plus, minus keys to choose whether using the PASS BY mode output
, Directly use battery voltage output in PASS BY mode
7.7. Press plus, minus keys to power off.
7.8. Press Plus, minus keys to choose whether enter into the USB upgrade mode.
7.9. Press plus, minus keys to select the left and right flip screen displaying mode.
7.10. Press plus, minus keys to select power or Joule mode.
7.11. Press plus, minus keys to choose whether openning the gravity sensor.
8. Protection and warning:
8.1. The controller has the function of battery back protection, when the battery positive
and negative electrode reverse connection, the control panel automatically
enters the protection without damaging any elements and the battery.
8.2. The controller can automatically detect and display the following kinds of alarms:
“CHECK ATOMIZER” The controller doesn’t detect atomizer or atomizer circuit
is broken.
“CHECK BATTRY” Battery power can not afford the current output power.
“TOO-HOT” Control board temperature is too high to shut itself down
automatically.
“TEMPERATURE PROTECT” Temperature protection under the mode of
temperature control
9. Smoking timeout protection, when smoking more than 10S, automatically stop the
output.
10. Screen displaying closed and controller turns into the sleep state when there is no
press within 5 seconds. Any key will enable the controller to return to the normal
display state under the sleep state.
