Adapted by William Bryant; "Babes In Toyland" is a fantastical musical adventure for the
whole family. See this holiday treat come alive on stage! Fanciful sets and costumes
abound as favorite storybook characters entertain in this whimsical tale of holiday
intrigue.
Show times are December 3 thru 19 - Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00PM and

"Babes In Toyland" is the second show of St. Petersburg Little Theatre’s 86th season.
Cheer on your favorite Mother Goose characters, and boo the villains, as evil Uncle
Barnaby and his bumbling side kicks try to do away with Alan & Jane in order to collect
their handsome inheritance. Join BoPeep, Tom Tom, Miss Muffet and others as
they leave Mother Goose land in search of their friends and family in Toyland. An
adventure with bears fighting giant spiders, ballet dancing Moth's and toys that come to
life in order to save the Toymaker and Christmas from ending forever. "Babes In
Toyland" has captured the hearts of the young, and young at heart, for over 100 years,
with wonderful songs, including "Never Mind BoPeep, We Will Find Your Sheep", the
touching "Toyland", and the ultimate, "March Of The Toys" . A gorgeous feast for the
eyes with a large cast of over 30, and enchanting choreography, this show promises to
be the highlight of your holiday delights.
