London Contemporary Theatre perform the classic
comedy Pygmalion, on stage at The Courtyard this
October.
Pygmalion is a comedy about Henry Higgins, a phonetics expert who, as a kind of
social experiment, attempts to make a lady out of uneducated flower girl, Eliza
Doolittle.
The story probes important questions about social class, human behaviour and
relations between the sexes that are relevant to modern day society. This version,
created by London Contemporary Theatre, will feature the brilliant music of the 60s
that is loved now by people of all ages.
Pygmalion is part of The Courtyard’s Love season; audiences can get 10 per cent off
when purchasing two or more love themed shows!
Pygmalion will be in the Main House on Tuesday 6 October at 7.30pm. To book
tickets, or for more information contact the Box Office on 01432 340555 or visit
www.courtyard.org.uk.
