2. Qualification of Bidders
The bidder should have past experiences in supplying similar items to reputed firms including public
sectors and R&D institutes, the details of which shall be submitted along with the quotation. Offer
will be rejected, if proof of past experience (copies of purchase orders) of supplying similar items is
not provided along with quotation.

4. Application
These DC power supplies will be employed to power RF amplifier. As the supplies will be used in RF
environment their EMI/EMC specifications are important. These supplies will be used in an enclosure
and is intended for industrial control and instrumentation equipment.
5. Acceptance criteria
a) Advance sample will be required for technical approval at our site. This sample will be used to
bias one UHF solid-state RF amplifier (with RF output power of around 500 W). Technical
evaluation and approval will be done for the supplied sample with the help of standard measuring
equipment like oscilloscope, spectrum analyser and power sensors. Supplier should deliver
balance quantity only after this approval. The balance DC power supplies will be accepted at our
site after making physical inspection and electrical test/ measurement. It will be tested for
confirming values of the parameters as per the tender specifications.
b) Supplier shall replace defective items (if found after testing) at site, without any additional cost.
Payment will be made within 30 days after verifying technical compliance of the item as per
tender specifications.
6. Technical Particulars for inclusion in the offer
The bidder shall compulsorily mention make, model and values for each and every parameter,
mentioned under the following table, in the quotation. It should be duly certified by them, along with
supporting documents, if any. Evaluation of the bids will be based on this table.

b) Data sheet of quoted item from original manufacturer shall be attached in the offer.
c) The supplier has to submit documents (in English) related to DC power supply operating
instructions, control and protection features and interfacing details.
