M O T H E R ‘S D A Y 2017.
The earliest history of Mother’s Day dates back to the ancient annual spring festival the Greeks dedicated
to maternal goddesses. The Greeks used the occasion to honor Rhea, wife of Cronus
and the mother of many deities of Greek mythology.
Mothers are the sweetest gift from God to us
us, there is no way we can ever really thank our mother for all
she does for us, nevertheless we must remind ourselves of the various sacrifices made while raising us.
Mother's Day is the best time to say in words how much you love and care for your mum, and is the
best time to share with your mum…… so celebrate with your family and enjoy
our mezethakia (range of meze) in the time honored Greek tradition.
