DAY Geometry 1st Qtr #1 1.1 CONTENT OBJECTIVE: Students will be able to find and describe patterns. LANGUAGE OBJECTIVE: Students will be able to make a prediction based on observations and write it down. (grade for 1st qtr) #2 1.2 CONTENT OBJECTIVE: SWBAT define the basic geometry terms: point, line, plane, segment, and ray. LANGUAGE OBJECTIVE: SWBAT draw and label points, lines, and planes and sketch the intersection of lines and planes. #3 1.3 CONTENT OBJECTIVE: SWBAT understand and use the Segment Addition Postulate and use the distance formula to measure distances.
