Channel Marketing Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
The Channel Marketing Manager role is focused on channel marketing strategy and
execution. This individual will effectively create and manage marketing programs to
generate revenue and acquire customers by collaborating with Calabrio’s vast network of
channel resellers. Propose tactics to increase sales and awareness within the channel
community. Support and leverage other channel efforts, field marketing, product
launches, product promotions, and other lead or sales generating programs. Work with
management to establish the infrastructure necessary to support the channel. Track and
analyze market share and competitive information. Experience with both direct sales and
in a multiple distribution channel business is essential.

Familiarity with Contact Center administration and business practices in the
areas of CTI, Quality Management and Recording, and Work Force Management
software
Must have strong relationship selling skills within a partner community
Must be a self-starter and strong closer with multi-tasking ability
Demonstrated ability or interest in learning Calabrio software products
Experience selling in a software industry
Other core competencies will be defined by your direct supervisor/manager

EDUCATION/EXPECATATION

Channel marketing experience in a high growth technology company
Requires a BA degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in companies that operate in a
business to business model
MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding
Ability to view a computer for a long period of time
