POSITION Testing Proctor/Part-time Waycross Campus SALARY Salary is commensurate with education and work experience. This is a part-time position. DUTIES Under general supervision, provides an array of testing products and services to customers. The Testing Proctor conducts registration and delivery of standardized examinations via computer, written or other approved method. May conduct testing at jail, correctional and prison facilities. Coordinates logistics for sessions. Maintains all records according to College standards. Assists in processing exam materials and test scores; maintains records. Copies and distributes documents/materials. Responsible for mail duties pertaining to the program. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS One year of experience in performing more complex clerical or administrative work in support of a program function. Demonstrated competencies in effectively and accurately gathering, organizing and compiling information; Demonstrated competencies in processing or posting data and checking for accuracy; Demonstrated competencies in reading, interpreting and applying instructions; Demonstrated competencies in receiving and responding to verbal communications in an appropriate manner; Demonstrated competencies in performing basic mathematical calculations; Demonstrated competencies providing quality service to customers.
