Components of fitness definitions
Needed to support their own body weight over a prolonged period of time or to be able to apply
a force against some time of object
The ability of the heart and lungs to keep operating efficiently during an endurance event. Also
known as stamina.
A combination of flexibility and speed. The ability to move quickly, changing direction and
