Kate Hunter – Props and Costumes Manifesto Proposals: I would sort and reorganise both the props and the costumes cupboards. As expected, they would need a good clean-out at the end of the year! This would make access easier and simpler for production teams and directors. I would aim to find a more efficient way of storing the props in a particular order and would encourage the purchasing of new storage units and boxes. At the end of each term, when the catalogue had been updated and I would ensure that props and costumes were suitably stored theatre slots allocated, I would email it to all the theatre companies so after productions and recorded in an inventory/catalogue so that that they would have full awareness of what props and costumes are they can be made available for theatre companies to use in the available for productions. future. sure that all DST props/costumes were returned and stored properly.
