To save money, save time, save manpower, clean up the
clutter and raise the level of interest
Email Newsletters and bulletins – push info
Provide paper to others at Mail Areas – pull info

Start up channel 95 for non-computer users – pull info
Investigate converting from paper postings to electronic
screens (elevators, public areas) – push info

Increase Resident Input
We all value and nurture the importance of 2-way dialogue
Key opportunities to focus on to nurture it:
Promote volunteerism and participation
Start using on-line and paper surveys – Easy input
Provide more time for Q/A in Town Hall and other
meetings
Not a committee – All of us!
Each of the committees, the Board, the Management
team – and the residents -- all have to embrace the
importance of improving our communication if we are
to succeed.
Each committee should address it in their process
Management should continue the efforts they have
started and raise the high bar in 2009
All owners should contribute ideas, time and talent to
participate in being well-informed
