MY STORY
In 1989 I was diagnosed with lymphoma (cancer in the lymph system) and given 18
months to live. I prayed and asked God to help me and direct me in what I should do. He
brought to my attention four scriptures from the Bible that gave me hope. He also led me to
change my diet and lifestyle. Before my medical treatment began, the tumors began to
shrink and were completely gone in about four months. I have been healthy and almost
sickness free since then. After I recovered, I began to study the human body and the role
of food in our health. I read many books and magazines on this subject. I attended nutrition
seminars and conferences and I researched the Bible to see what our Creator had to say
about food and our bodies. I developed a 4-hour seminar called BIBLICAL NUTRITION
101. It is a summary of the facts that I have learned about foods and their impact on our
health. Those who have applied these eating principles have begun to enjoy better health,
weight loss, and an improved quality of life. I have given this seminar at churches
throughout US and Canada. For more information about this seminar, go to my website

For the past 24 years, people have asked me about the specific changes I made in my diet
and lifestyle. I have now put this information into this easy-to-understand document.

It contains the dietary guidelines that I followed during my recovery. It also includes other
things that I would do today if I had cancer. I am continually learning and adding items that
I believe will help the body balance itself and destroy cancer tumors and other diseases.
There are many good books on the market that you can read on “battling cancer” and they
include various diets and eating plans. But what I am sharing with you in this simple, easy
to follow plan, comes from my own experience - what has worked for me and others that I
have helped. Some of the foods and nutrients that I used to get well will be new to you and
they are not available in your local grocery store or even a Health Food Store. I give you
the company names, phone numbers where you can order them, like I do, at the lowest
wholesale prices. You may possibly find a cheaper lower quality copy of some of these
foods somewhere but they will not produce the health results you are looking for in the
long run. If you have any questions about any of these foods or where to get them, please
call me. I believe beating cancer (or any disease) requires a spiritual, mental, and
physical approach – using everything that you are, to fight sickness and disease and
bring about stability and harmony in the body. My primary mission is to help you prevent

Part 1: PHYSICAL - Food, Pure Water, Exercise, Fresh Air & Sunshine
Foods to Add
Let food be your medicine
and medicine your food
Hippocrates
Add these foods to your diet as given to us in Genesis 1:29 – God’s Original Diet for man
 Fruits and vegetables: a wide variety of 8 –10 servings per day
(Ideal: 75% raw & 25% cooked. Frozen or canned are better than none) Buy organic if possible to
eliminate pesticides, etc. Veggies and fruit contain the anti-oxidants and phytochemicals that help the
body fight cancer tumors and prevent their development. They also contain fiber (roughage) which is
needed for proper elimination of undigested food and other body waste by-products. Note: The juices
from veggies and fruits make powerful drinks to quickly nourish the body and provide most of the
nutrition which our cells need – to keep us healthy and prevent disease. The most important food in
this group is the dried powder from barley grass juice called BARLEYLIFE followed by carrot juice and
red beet juice – see my “daily eating plan.” Listed below are some examples of fruits & veggies:
Cruciferous veggies: broccoli & broccoli sprouts, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower
Lycopene-rich produce: tomatoes, red grapefruit, watermelon, guava
Beta-carotene rich produce: carrots, winter squash, sweet potatoes
Dark, green, leafy veggies: spinach, romaine, kale, collards, Swiss chard
Citrus fruit: oranges, grapefruits, kiwi, tangerines
Berries: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
 Whole grains: 3-4 servings/day They are loaded with vital nutrients needed by the body.
Examples: barley, brown rice, wheat, oats, millet Eat only whole grain bagels, breads,
cereals, crackers, tortillas, and pasta. Most boxed cereals are not whole grain.
 All beans, legumes, lentils, seeds, and nuts: 1-2 servings/day for protein and fiber needs


Foods to Delete
Delete the following foods from your diet as much as possible
 Meat Products – especially pork and beef
They leave the body too acid, which drains calcium from the body, and they are difficult for the body to
digest easily. Their fiberless waste is hard for the body to eliminate in a timely manner which leaves
toxic potential in the colon. They leave an acid environment in the body which is a breeding ground for
cancer and other diseases. Most animal meat has been given growth hormones (steroids) and
antibiotics plus pesticide-contaminated grains – none of which we need in our body.. Note: Health
food stores and some regular grocery stores now carry free-range turkey, chicken and some beef –
without these additives. But, it is still best to eliminate red meat and pork while you are fighting cancer.
 Dairy Products – including milk & cheese, ice cream, etc.
Cow’s milk was designed by God to grow baby calves from about 50 lbs. to 750 lbs. in one year. He
put special nutrients (large molecules of protein and calcium) in cow’s milk to accomplish this. They
are not easily digestible or suitable for us, especially after we pasteurize and homogenize it. Milk is
the real cause of much ill health in our culture. Use Goat’s Milk, as recommended in Proverbs 27:27.
 White sugar and white flour products - Use whole wheat flour instead and use honey, maple
syrup, molasses, stevia, fruit juice concentrates, dates and raisins to sweeten
 High fat – fried foods, mayonnaise, snack foods, donuts, potato chips, and luncheon
meats. All sandwich meats, hot dogs, bacon, and sausage contain nitrites and nitrates, which can
react in the body to produce known cancer-causing substances. Many good, healthy snack foods are
available at health food stores and other sources. See snacks on my “daily eating plan”.
 Margarine – It is plastic-like and plugs the arteries. Butter is OK in small portions. Use extra
virgin olive for cooking

Man-made “designer foods” – like Cool Whip, etc. They are dead lifeless foods. Dead foods
make dead people.
If we eat wrongly, no doctor can cure us; if we eat rightly, no doctor is needed.

Eliminate the following drinks as much as possible
 Soft drinks – they contain white refined sugar (which depresses the immune system), phosphoric
acid (which contributes to disease development), and other harmful substances like Nutrasweet (diet
drinks) which is linked to brain tumors, seizures, and other nervous system problems. Splenda can
also be dangerous – stomach cramps, chest pains, panic attacks, and depression.
 Coffee – contains caffeine, a stimulant drug that can disturb blood sugar balance as well as nerves
and cause other problems like irregular heartbeat. Only drink 1 cup per day if you must. None, if you
have cancer – use hot water with lemon which will cleanse the liver, kidneys, and bladder.

- Drink Pure Water 4-6 glasses per day – very important
Our bodies are about 70% water. And pure, filtered water is all that is required to carry out its many, vital
functions. It shouldn’t be colored, flavored, or sweetened, but we add many destructive substances including
stimulants to enhance its flavor - which destroy our health and general well being. Here are some guidelines on
our liquid intake:

Drink high pH water (preferred) or RO (reverse osmosis) or carbon- filtered water only,
if possible. Add a slice of lemon or lime for flavor. Avoid tap water which is contaminated with
chlorine, fluoride that create DBP’s (disinfection byproducts) like THM’s (trihalomethanes) – Group B
Carcinogens,
 Drink fruit juices - if freshly squeezed. All store bought juices have been pasteurized (killing all
live enzymes and most of the vitamins) and the sugar content is too high unless diluted by 50% water.
- Exercise Choose an exercise that you can do at least 4 days per week for at about 20 – 30 minutes to the point
of elevating your heartrate and sweating as much as possible. This cleanses your body of toxins,
which is very important if you are fighting cancer. Walking or light jogging is very convenient for
almost everyone. An easy, yet effective way to exercise all of your internal organs and to help cleanse
the body, is to jump on a mini-trampoline (rebounder) for 5-10 minutes 2 or 3 times daily. This will aid
the lymphatic system and help detoxify the body. You should increase the minutes (15-20 min) if you
have lymphoma cancer. Steam baths and saunas also help cleanse the body. You should soak in a
bathtub at least 3 times/week for about 15 - 20 minutes with ¼ cup of AIM Cell Wellness Restorer
(bath oil with magnesium). Or you can simply soak your feet in a foot tub of hot water with 1/8 cup of
this bath oil. This will help your body handle the damaging stress you experience when fighting
cancer. And, it will help promote restful sleep with is needed for cell repair.
- Fresh Air & Sunshine It is interesting to note that the greatest need of our cells is oxygen (96%). I recommend taking a few
minutes every day, to do some deep breathing. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold it for 5 seconds
and exhale through your mouth. This helps bring healing and life to our cells. I also try to take a brisk
walk every day to breathe clean fresh air. And we need sunshine, our primary source of Vitamin D.
New research is showing the importance of Vitamin D in the prevention of cancer. Those who live in
the South and other areas that get the most sunshine have the fewest occurrences of cancer. Try to
get at least 15 minutes of sun exposure 4-5 days /week). Sunshine is used by the cholesterol in your
skin to synthesize Vitamin D in the body which is needed for calcium absorption.

the patient in the proper use of food, fresh air, and exercise. Thomas Edison

Part 2: Mental - A Positive Attitude
The connection between the mind and the body is very real and powerful. God made it that way.
Some have taken this to an extreme and made a religion out of it. But that doesn’t mean we have to
disregard it and not utilize it in the right way that God intended. Belief is a strong factor in dealing with
cancer. You must develop the attitude that you are going to beat it. Anything less will work against
you. You must talk to your immune system and tell it to search out and destroy any and all cancer
cells in your body. Picture in your mind this happening. Researchers have proven that joy, laughter,
and being positive can actually increase your white blood cells, which build up your immune system.
The Bible says in Proverbs 17:22 - A merry heart doeth good like a medicine and Proverbs 23:7 says
- As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. As long as you’re alive, there is hope. You must feed your
mind with positive thoughts and believe that all things are possible. Being negative about your health
situation can lead to depression, which actually hinders the immune system from functioning properly.
You can find many books and audio or video tapes that will help you in this area. Some of the quotes
that have helped me greatly are as follows:

Part 3: Spiritual - A Personal Relationship with God
This is by far the most important part of this plan. We will all die sooner or later and we need to be
ready. You can eat the right foods, be healthy and live to be 120 years old. You can have a positive
mental attitude and be successful in your work and gain great wealth but the Bible says in Proverbs –
“What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his own soul”. Also, we need God’s
help in our lives, right now – especially if we have cancer or any other disease. He made our
bodies and He has all wisdom in these matters. The most important thing to remember is that He
loves us and is willing to help us if we cry out to Him. This is exactly what I did. I asked Him to
show me what to do about my cancer situation. I followed His instructions and I got well. Everyone’s
health situation is different and no one can guarantee the exact results that you will have. But I do
know this: God loves you and He created you to have an exciting relationship with Him. He
wants you to know Him and receive His gift of Eternal Life – by receiving His Son, Jesus as your
personal Savior. All God asks is that we 1) repent – turn from our selfish and sinful ways, and 2) call
upon His Name –receiving His Son’s death on the cross as payment for our wrongdoings. Then, we
will be born-again into His family and receive His gift of Eternal Life. This will bring great peace to your
whole being – body, mind, and spirit. Then, no matter what happens in this life, we have the
assurance that we will live with Him forever and with all those who have likewise received His Great
Salvation. I strongly encourage you to open up your life to God in this way by praying this simple
prayer:
Lord, I call upon your name right now. I turn from my selfish and sinful ways, and ask you to forgive me. I
receive Jesus Christ, your son, as my personal Savior – accepting his death on the cross as payment for my
sins. Come into my life and give me your wonderful gift of Eternal Life. Help me to know you in all of your
greatness and help me fulfill your exciting plan for my life. Thank you, in Jesus Name. Amen.

Daily Eating Plan
Remember, our purpose for eating is two-fold: (1) to give our cell engines the highest grade fuel to run on and keep our
immune system strong – preventing disease and attacking invaders (cancer cells) and (2) to provide our body’s sufficient
fiber to cleanse our digestive tract and colon, to prevent toxic buildup which can lead to sickness and death.
Breakfast
Should be light (no cooked food) since our bodies are in a cleansing, waste-removing mode until 12 noon
I start the day with my AIM GARDEN TRIO Veggie Drink (see pgs. 6 & 7). This is the most
nutritious drink that I know about – containing concentrated vegetable juice powders that give me
most of the nutrients that my body needs every day. It is equivalent to 20 servings of vegetables or
about 6 chef salads in a glass – a truly fast food. This is the most nutritious way to start the day. It is
very satisfying and keeps me from getting hungry for most of the morning. But, if I get hungry, I
usually eat several bananas and an apple during the mid-morning hours. This is usually all I need until
lunch. Occasionally, I will eat some whole-wheat toast, bagel, or granola cereal with fresh fruit
Lunch
If at home, I eat a veggie sandwich with healthy chips (no hydrogenated oils) or I have a big plate of
fresh fruit. Sometimes, for variety, I put my salad ingredients in the blender with a little filtered water
and make a cold veggie soup to eat with some wheat bread or crackers. If I am working away from
home and eat at a restaurant, I will have a soup and salad, or a veggie sub-sandwich. Sometimes, I
get veggie quesadillas, or lightly steamed vegetables with a garden salad.
Dinner
30 minutes before dinner, I take my AIM GARDEN TRIO Veggie Drink again.
I make a large chef salad with a wide variety of raw vegetables – spinach, broccoli alfalfa sprouts,
tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, etc. I use extra virgin olive oil, flaxseed oil, or other healthy
dressing. I eat whole wheat bread, steamed vegetables or baked potatoes, rice, etc. Twice a week, I
add a 4 oz. piece of clean organic red meat – hormone and anti-biotic free. (No meat if you are
fighting cancer). If I eat out, I try to match this as close as possible. It is not always easy to do at
restaurants, but I do the best I can. Some have salad bars, vegetable selections like Vegetable
Lasagna or Quesadillas and other more healthy vegetable-based meals.
Snacks – I eat fruit: apples, bananas, grapes, pears, peaches, oranges, blueberries or some raw
nuts: almonds, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, or walnuts. However, the best snack I have found is
PULSE. It comes in Snack Bars or in Individual Meal Cans It is chewy and tastes good. It contains 26
different seeds, nuts, fruits and grains. I eat PULSE with a piece of fruit for my lunch or dinner when I

Sweets - Monday through Friday, I am disciplined and avoid all sugar-laden sweets of any kind. On
the weekends, I allow myself a couple of servings.
Meats – Several times a week, I eat some clean meat (free-range beef, turkey, or chicken) or fish
with fins & scales - Leviticus Chap.11. If you are fighting cancer, it is best to eliminate all meats
until cancer is gone.

AIM GARDEN TRIO Veggie Drink the most important food I take daily
I take this drink twice daily (3 – 4 times if you have cancer tumors). It consists of the 3 most nutritious
foods (juice powders from barley, carrots, and beets) that we can put in our body - to build the
immune system so it can destroy cancer cells. I don’t have the space in this presentation to give you
all the details about these foods but I will give you a brief summary (see complete datasheet on my
website under Top 5 Foods Section). I believe that I would not be alive today if I had not taken these
concentrated juice powders into my body, especially the barley juice powder AIM BARLEYLIFE . It is
the #1 Ranked Food in the World. Most people have never heard of it. It is little known in America. I
not only recovered from cancer but I have helped many people with various health problems by just
adding this food to their diet. It contains many nutrients – minerals, vitamins, chlorophyll, anti-oxidants
and anti-inflammatory enzymes, which help our body deal with asthma, hay fever & allergies,
inflammation conditions like arthritis, bursitis, and tendonitis. It contains compounds that decrease

How to Take the Vegetable Juice Powders
AIM BARLEYLIFE barley grass juice powder
Take on an empty stomach, 30 min before or 2 hrs. after meals. Start with 2 tsp /day for 3 days and
then you can gradually increase this amount to meet your individual needs. It’s just a food and you
can safely take any amount you want & it doesn’t interfere with any medicines. I take 4-5
tablespoons/day. You can mix it in water or your favorite vegetable or fruit juice (except prune or
cranberry). Orange/pineapple juice seems to work for just about everybody. You can also take it dry
under your tongue and let it slowly dissolve.
Note: If you have some detoxification symptoms (mild headache or sluggishness), simply back down
to 1/2 tsp and then work your way back to 1 tsp when these symptoms are gone. Be glad - your body
is cleansing itself of harmful toxins. Only about 1% of first-time users have any these symptoms.
AIM JUST CARROTS organic carrot juice crystals
Similar to BARLEYLIFE, on an empty stomach, 30 min before or 2 hours after a meal so that it can
quickly get to the cellular level in 15 – 30 minutes. You can also mix it with your BARLEYLIFE. You
can safely take any amount since it is just a food.
AIM REDI-BEETS red beet juice powder
Similar to BARLEYLIFE AND JUST CARROTS, except you only take 2 teaspoons maximum per day
since it is so highly concentrated. You can mix it with the BARLEYLIFE or CARROTS for a refreshing,
nutritious drink – loaded with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, anti–oxidants, phytochemicals, – all the
good things your body needs.
AIM GARDEN TRIO Veggie Drink
Mix all 3 vegetable juice powders with ionized, high pH water or RO water or your favorite fruit
juice (except prune or cranberry). Note: If you have a juicer, you may use freshly juiced
organic carrots in this drink instead of the carrot juice crystals. Start out with teaspoons and
gradually build up to tablespoons (except the beets as noted above). Take this veggie drink
twice a day as noted in my daily eating plan. If you are battling cancer, you can take it 1-2
more times during the day, maybe 30 minutes before lunch or some other time during the day
on an empty stomach - except leave off the beet juice powder (2 teaspoons maximum daily).
Do not drink any hot drink (tea or coffee) for about 45 minutes after your Garden Trio.
My Regime: I personally mix all 3 juice powders (2 tablespoons of BARLEYLIFE & JUST CARROTS
& 1 teaspoon of REDI-BEETS) in 12 ounces of ionized, high pH or R/O filtered water and drink it 2
times each day – once in the morning for breakfast and then again 30 minutes before my evening
meal. This powerful drink is the foundation of my dietary regime that I follow each day. It helps build
my immune system – to keep me cancer-free and sickness-free.
Note: All of the above juice powders are available in tablet or capsule form for convenience when traveling or
when taste is an issue. The powders will get into your system quicker and some people find them to be more
effective. Individual serving packets (On the Go Singles) are ideal and can be added directly to your bottle of
water during the day as you work or play.

AIM HERBAL FIBERBLEND Nature’s Best Colon Cleanser & Detoxifier
Fiber in our diet is absolutely essential for good health. It cleanses our digestive tract and colon of
toxic food wastes and other wastes produced by the body. The typical American diet leaves us
woefully short of fiber due to the highly processed and cooked food diet which we consume daily. The

Frequently Asked Questions
Will any of these foods or nutrients interfere with my medicines? No, these are natural foods that our
Creator has given us to eat. Drugs interfere with other drugs, but whole foods do not. If your doctor will let you
eat a green salad, you are fine with these foods and nutrients. You can take them 4 hours after chemo.
Why don’t you recommend vitamin and mineral supplements? Our creator gave us food to eat in its whole
form - containing small amounts of vitamins and minerals, all working together synergistically, to have the
greatest nutritional benefit for our cells. Even though our soils have mineral deficiencies, there are still enough
nutrients to benefit us. In addition, organic produce is available in most states. The veggie drink I use is
