Provide guidance and implementation strategy on entire product line life cycle from planning to tactical activities. Conducts market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products. Establishing Interoffice Synergies <20%> With the Finance Director, evaluates the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets and expenditures. Partners with NCA to help negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. Oversees duties previous owned by the TSM, namely to support local MES members who wish to have a MES presence at a non-MES convention in their area by providing advice and materials. With the Legal Director, confers to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement with outside producers and distributors.
