Coventry University, Class of 2007.
Currently employed by the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry since the
reopening in September 2007, as Assistant Stage Manager / Dresser.
I have been the permanent dresser and occasional assistant stage manager
at the Belgrade for over three years. I have worked on all in-house

touring shows while in the theatre such as Annie, Blood brothers and
Little shop of Horrors.
I have been lucky enough to have had the support from the Belgrade
Theatre to move in to Assistant Stage Manager roles and would now like
to progress and move away from the theatre and work on new
experiences.
I have a Chaperones licence for the West Midlands which means I am
CRB checked at the highest level.

This Festival was to promote the talent of young people from Coventry and the
surrounding areas. My job was to provide the schedule of events, book these events
and artists, create a performance area within the city centre in university square and
be the working of the festival to help keep to the schedule on the day. This job also
included working with local children who worked along side me to create this festival
in partnership with Imagineer Productions. I was also in charge of a large budget and
also kept within this budget to create a fantastic festival.
Big Youth Theatre Festival
(2003 – 2007)
In July every summer the National Association of Youth Theatres presents a four-day
event in Epping Forest, Essex. The four days include performances and workshops
from some of the finest theatre companies from all over the world. I have been
working as a volunteer for four years as part of the festival team. We act as the fore
front of the festival and organise everything from performance management to
comedy MC’s for opening nights. Over these four years I have been lucky to have
some of these roles.

Technical staff, helping build staging and helping with shows.
Stage management.
MC, for the cabaret night.
Edinburgh Festival
(2006)
In august 2006 I worked for Shane Robson at the Green side and Blue Side Theatre in
Edinburgh. I under took box office staff duties alongside being Assistant Stage
Manager for many of the shows and helping technically with the fit ups for all the 12
shows that came in over the 4 week period.
Carnival creating
(2003-2010)
For three years, as well as being part of the performance for the carnival I was also
employed as a freelance Artist by the Belgrade Theatre and Kathi Leahy. This was to
