I'm an experienced Front-End Developer, living and working in Austin, Texas. Over the
years, I've built and maintained open Web standards projects in Marketing/Advertising
and built eLearning modules in the Healthcare and Oil & Gas sectors.
I consider myself to be a hands-on, results-based Creative Technologist with emphasis
on UI and new-but-stable open web technologies. Additionally, my role is to help other
engineers solve code and UI issues, lead technical discovery for new and existing
projects, complete SEO, analytics integration, manage marketing tools, and website
performance optimization.

A very hands-on lead role that involves exploring new technologies for our web-based software
and substantiating change before any new implementation. Other aspects of the job include
helping other engineers with front-end coding issue, supporting the online needs of other

As Instructional Developer for the Education and Training Department, I made informed

development allowed me to create the most engaging eLearning modules the GCRBC had yet
delivered.

YOU DON’T SAY!
I spent 2010 traveling with my wife throughout Central and South America, Western and
Eastern Europe while continuing to support my freelance clients. During this time we were
living and working primarily as volunteers in the homes and villages of people from all around
the world. Along with the opportunities to cultivate new language skills and adapt to various
living and social situations, this experience was ripe with creative inspiration.
