On some estimation this volume of information doubles each 9 months. Most of important and responsible decisions are being taken on the base of computer information and information technology. People will make decisions depending on that information, which they possess. On the other hand this creates the ensemble of the problems and does the real threat to information safety in the sense of dangers as a result incomplete, unauthentic, undue information. Consideration to information safety from this point of view does the necessary the decision of the following problems. Operation ensuring of the free information market The restriction of the information spreading gives broad possibilities to manipulate human behavior. Presenting of information from specific point of view allows the owner of the information flow to bias the people to profitable him action. Consequently, it is necessary in broad sense to stop the possibility of monopolizing the information media. As a typical particularity of the modern period follows to select the huge Internet role, which allows in most democratically and independently ways create the information resources. Thence possible draw a conclusion that comprehensive Internet expansion is one of the ways of the increase level to information safety. Danger of the using information technology in row of the branches to human activity such as stock market At the last years repeatedly appeared financial crisises (Asian crisis and others), as well as sharp collapses on stock market (the dot.com companies crisis). There are much hypothesizes, than are caused these crisises. From our point of view the main reason of the crisis is information technologies. By means of stock exchanges are defined main of the direction of the production development. Herewith they are expected that on stock exchange occur the probabilistic processes, as a result of 1 adding which is realized the necessary direction and values (the velocities of the motion in this direction) of the most perspective technology development. At the last years the fantastic tools appeared in network communications, became the available(for all) achievements financial mathematicians, intellectual help computer systems . Since scientifically technical achievements practically alike for all, all brokers, get same information on result of the sale, armed one and same methods, take the alike decisions. In paper are considered methodological issues of the information technology usage with using the Knowledge Based Systems, Data Mining, KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases) technologies for development multidisciplinary integrated methods, algorithms for the efficient use of large information volumes. In paper are considered methods of the decision making system development, founded on knowledge for use in emergency situation. Specifics proposed methodologies is concluded in multidisciplinary approach to creation intellectual decision support system allowing get the 2 efficient methods for exhibits in the field of emergency management, characterized greater volume to analyzed information, poor formalized procedure of the inference for decision making and difficulty of the use of the traditional multucriterial optimization methods. The emergency situations, which in recently create the most problems: terrorism, high water and floods require the developments existing methods decision making and management. Information danger and safety as a result of accumulations of information on people business activities and their vital activity As a result of active informatization in computers is accumulated huge volume of personal information: - concerning financial and bank activity; - in telephone company and other organizations. This information on the one hand can be used at investigation of the crimes. On the other hand in a complicated way provide its secrecy and safety.
