E-Commerce Marketing
Final Project
Part 1 – Marketing campaign - create 5 digital assets (see below
for details) and put onto a webpage.
Part 2 – Metric Calculations in Excel
Choose a product, team, band, event, company, or anything
else and create the following digital assets. All of these digital
assets must be original and related to your choice.
 Facebook Ad – be sure you have the specific elements of a
Facebook Ad from the class assignment (correct size, value
proposition, call to action).
 3 other advertisements (choose from infographic, event
promotion, product promotion, holiday ad, duotone, fill
text with image, etc.)
 Animated GIF
You must use Photoshop and Illustrator (at least one of each)
to create these. Each one will be a separate PSD or AI file.
a. You must incorporate adjustment layers, blend
modes, filters, effects, text etc.
 An HTML website (using Notepad++) with all of the
creative ads and including the following:
a. At least 2 Google web fonts
b. Css styles (at least 3)
c. An <h1> tag on the top of the web page with your
name.
d. An <h2> tag under your name, with the text “Final
Project.
Metrics – this should take ½ period maximum.
You will use the Excel spreadsheet template provided and be
required to calculate the following for 2 ad campaigns.
 Click thru rate (CTR)
 Average cost per click (CPC)
 Cost per acquisition (CPA)
 Conversion rate
 ROI
20% of the grade will be your daily work ethic. You are
required to work the entire period each day.
Upload instructions – You must create a “final project” inside
of your “Ecom” folder on the network. All files must be saved
there. You must upload also upload your files to Google
classroom. The graphics should be uploaded in the native file
format (PSD or AI). Also upload the HTML web page and
Metrics Spreadsheet to Google classroom. If it’s not uploaded,
it’s not turned in!
Grading Rubric




Digital Assets – 12pts each (x 5 = 60 pts)
HTML Web Page – 12 pts.
Metrics Spreadsheet – 8pts
Daily Work grade – 20 pts.
