The somewhat laughable statement regarding Skynet is a lighthearted joke but also contains a more serious note encompassing all of the ethical risks involved in this recent undertaking for humanity. • The idea of artificial intelligence on par with humanity’s own is a very real concept and brings forth many issues ranging from the law to basic human rights to ethical guidelines regarding what should and should not be attempted 5 ADDITIONAL INTERNET ARTICLE • “Softbank Will Help IBM’s Watson Learn Japanese” • By: C.
