What is an Isosceles Triangle?
ISOSCELES TRIANGLE
More specifically, an Isosceles Triangle has two
congruent sides (or legs) AND congruent base angles

2. In order for a game console controller to work correctly, users must first
calibrate the system. The user stands with the controller in front of the system
and allows the system to recognize the controller’s location. Optimal
performance is achieved when an isosceles triangle, is created. Scarlett and
Wren have calibrated their game controllers as shown in the diagram. Did
either of them calibrate their controller correctly? Explain your reasoning.
What is an Equilateral Triangle?
Equilateral Triangles: All sides are congruent AND
all angles are congruent.
What is the measurement of each angle?
3. Solve for x, given that π‘šβˆ 2 = 6π‘₯ βˆ’ 12
4. Find the values of x and y
