is not implemented here is the elemental post-processing which allows for H(div, Q)
conforming solutions. In practice, this serves to improve solution accuracy and convergence rate [37-39]. Including elemental post-processing between each Newton iteration may alleviate some of the instability introduced with a high sensitivity charge
