The BC Cancer Agency (BCCA) is seeking a General Practitioner in Medical Oncology at the Nanaimo Regional Cancer Centre. General Practitioner in Medical Oncology BCCA, Nanaimo Cancer Clinic, Nanaimo, BC Full time 1.0 FTE Opportunity Available Working with 2 other GP oncologists at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital Cancer Clinic, you will participate exclusively in the care of Oncology patients, in conjunction with a team of Medical Oncologists based at the BCCA, Vancouver Island Centre in Victoria. Ours is a unique model that sees you, as a member of an interdisciplinary cancer care team, actively involved in the clinical assessment and management of cancer patients, primarily in the ambulatory care setting. Responsibilities include assessment and management of outpatients receiving systemic therapy. You will have the advantage of a regular daytime schedule, with no weekend or on-call shifts.
