The majority of the funding (€26bn) is for pre-identified strategic transport projects (none in Devon). There will need to be a UK Operational Programme for the EMFF, setting out how the funds will be spent. Once the OP is approved by the European Commission, decisions on which projects to fund will be made within the UK.
