City Music Foundation Artist Application form 2015 – Ensemble
The City Music Foundation provides professional musicians in the UK in the early stages of their
careers with expert advice, guidance and support to help them to build successful careers in
music, over a committed two year period. City Music Foundation doesn’t give out cash grants;
we give support, advice and performance opportunities to musicians in the early stages of their
career because we believe this expert guidance is paramount and the benefits multiplied.

As well as this form, you must supply CMF with two audio/visual files to support your
application. As mentioned in the terms of reference, the audio/visual material should be
available on either Youtube, Soundcloud or Vimeo. We do not accept CDs/DVDs.

date will not be considered. We kindly ask that you save this document as your ensemble

21st and Wednesday 22nd July 2015.
