Domains of competence:
- Tumor immunology: flow-cytometry (antigen expression, apoptosis,
cell cycle), immunological modulators, drug resistance, cell- and
complement-mediated cytotoxicity;
- Molecular biology: isolation of nucleic acids, gene expression by RTPCR or Real-time PCR;
- Immunochemistry: antigen isolation and purification, biochemical
