I will just mention: Dagstuhl, Seminar on Information Flow and Its Applications, August 2012 (Dagstuhl is the computer scientist’s Oberwolfach) STATISTICAL CONSULTANCY Over the years I have done much statistical consultancy, often leading to research publications, in diverse fields (industry, law, linguistics, economics, archeaology, business . . . ). The supervision of master’s students also often takes the form of internships at research institutes or businesses and this too often led to collaborative research and joint publications.
