“Optical Method, Device and System for Storing Information in a Secure Manner and for
Recognizing Stored Information”, Publication Number: WO/2006/111778, International
Application No.: PCT/HU2006/000028, Publication Date: 26.10.2006, International Filing Date:
19.04.2006, Int. Class.: G06K 19/06 (2006.01), G06K 19/16 (2006.01), WO/2006/111778
(http://www.wipo.int/pctdb/en/wo.jsp?wo=2006111778&IA=WO2006111778&DISPLAY=STATUS)
The invention relates to an optical method and to a suitable device for carrying out said method, and to a
system which contains said device and which is used to store information is a secure manner and to recognize
the stored information. The invention is based on the fact that an output amount (A) of diffraction grids (a1, ...aj)
which is arranged, preferably, in the form of a matrix, is suitable for creating a storage device which excludes
practically all unauthorized access, when the output amount (A) is produced from the two partial amounts (B, C).
The information consists of one of the two partial amounts (B) and the points which are free in the matrix by the
first part (B) are filled by the diffraction grids (C1,... cj) which form the two partial amounts (C). The invention also
relates to reducing crosstalk in a safe manner. When the diffraction grids are randomly selected and transferred,
security can be increased even further.
