I familiarized with a number of molecular-genetics methods such as high-resolution molecular assays including multiple-locus variablenumber tandem repeat analysis (MLVA), canonical single-nulceotide polymorphism (cSNP) analysis, and single-nucleotide repeat (SNR) analysis will be used in the epidemiological analysis environmental isolates. It was characterized 10 isolates according to modern system of copy-codes and their typing was provided. As a part of this work I trained to cultivate different spore-produced bacteria. I isolated spores of B. anthraces from soil samples and carried out different test to define biological properties (phage, antibiotics, staining and microscopy).
