updated platform and our team was assigned the task of supporting the application.
I am going to compare and contrast on how the following six qualities are tied to this

ended up doing things that we were not
responsible for. The goals and objectives
should have been clearer. Since it was not

was not aware of. The organization should
have given training to the team overcoming

Our manager used to conduct one on one
meeting with team members and provide
feedback on the performance. We also had
team meetings where overall performance
of the team was evaluated. Periodical
feedback was requested from business
teams too.

When the team had issues that they could
assistance
not resolve the technical developments
were always available for us to contact. It
was really helpful. We were also able to
reach out to specialized teams for them to
assist in technical issues
