• The centre has been performing scientific research in the area of
high-tech house since 2003.
• As technology and equipment are continuously improving, the
traditional home wiring and control solutions are no longer able to
meet the ever-growing cultural, technical, and comfort needs.
• These needs are satisfied by the House Computer System that
raises the comfort of home to the next level, ensures the comfort
and security and provides the tools to effectively manage energy
resources.
• In 2009 the House Computer System was awarded the innovation
prize in the Lithuanian innovative product category.

• It is a complex of automation equipment which integrates and controls all
home systems engineering
• This is modern single tool to manage home equipment
• This is a comfort in your safe and economical house
• Smart home system provides a home not only more comfortable but also
makes it possible to save energy, promptly notify emergency situations,
increase home security.

• House Computer System is designed to ensure user comfort, improve his quality of life, care for his comfort, help
saving, free home owners from unnecessary troubles and ensure safety.

• Each house is monitored during the test period to learn how the experiments
turn out in real-life conditions.

Management and organization
• The wishes of clients, the development of smart house systems and the
energy- efficiency are studied in the Modern House Project. The new
range of house models will be designed to meet future Modern House
needs.
• To insure quality work and excellent achievements in developing Modern
House Project, a good management and organization process has been
established.
• The Project Coordinator is organising monthly follow-up meetings with
Groups’ Leaders for better work coordination.
• Quality control will be established to achieve better quality of
constructions.
