CONTINUOUS READINESS REVIEW (CRR) – TEAM LEADERS

Team Leaders rotate every 1-2 years
Expectations include:
 Attend quarterly debriefing sessions to identify common positives/opportunities for
improvement and priority focus areas hospital-wide - to be lead by Accreditation
