Maritime Global Services M-02 ANNEX I REVISION 14 PAGE 1 OF 2 QUALITY POLICY, ENVIRONMENTAL & PREVENTION OF RISK AT WORK MARITIME GLOBAL SERVICES – MGS in order to carry out the services of mooring and unmooring of vessels, fight against pollution services and the cleaning of wastes floating in the port (including transport and waste management works), boat services and transport of personnel and goods, Services from land (hose connections and disconnections, placement and removal of vessel scales, Services to carry on board luggage and baggage, services of dangerous goods officers from the quay or terminal), emergency services, underwater works and professional diving (underwater surveys, CCTV, repair and rescue), MGS objective is that quality of services offered and provided are faithful reflections of the expectations of each and every client, ensuring on the long run the success of the company, always in accordance with the environmental standards, guaranteeing the safety and health of its personnel.Therefore, MARITIME GLOBAL SERVICES establishes, declares and assumes the following principles that constitute our policy, and must be assumed and implanted at all entrepreneurial levels and services: 1. Seeking the FULL SATISFACTION OF OUR CLIENTS, to provide them with services in accordance with the requirements, needs, demands and specifications established in accordance with the applicable law and regulations. To consider and put first the contractual obligations, and expectations of the customers, is our basic criterion in order to establish the quality of our services. 2. Keeping daily and GUARANTEEING THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF ITS PERSONNEL, the safety policy implementation of a comprehensive, preventive and involved policy. Providing to all personnel with all the necessary information and training, all the means in order to implement all the prevention of risk at work measures within its reach. 3. Carrying out a comprehensive case-by-case accident analysis, in order to implement corrective and preventive measures to tackle the risks at their origin, and minimise the inexorable consequences 4. The quality of the finished services is the result of planned and systematic actions on PREVENTION, DETECTION, CORRECTION AND CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT during our work. For this purpose, we are committed to undertaking our work following the specifications and focusing on continual improvement of its personnel, fight against pollution and prevention of risk at work. 5. We make the commitment to be in COMPLIANCE WITH THE LEGISLATION and regulations regarding prevention and in the environmental field, at European, national and local level, as well as any other agreements existing with other parties. 6. Every employee of MARITIME GLOBAL SERVICES is responsible for the quality of his work, and compliance with the safety and health guidelines, specific of each M-02 ANNEX I REVISION 14 PAGE 2 OF 2 Maritime Global Services position, and the monitoring of the environmental impact associated with the development of their activities. The Direction of Quality Control, Environment and Prevention of Risk at Work is responsible for the implementation of policies, objectives, and verifying its implementation through audits. 7. The implementation of these policies requires the involvement of all the company personnel. With this purpose the Direction considers top priority the MOTIVATION AND TRAINING, in order to fulfill its requirements of QUALITY, PREVENTION OF RISK AT WORK AND ENVIROMENTAL PROTECTION. 8. Encourage the rational use of natural resources and energy, and take the necessary steps to ensure the PREVENTION OF POLLUTION, assess in advance the repercussions on the environment of our present and future activities, adopting measures aimed to minimise the impact This policy is available to the public and distributed from the Direction to all the personnel of MARITIME GLOBAL SERVICES, so that once it is understood, it is applied and kept up-dated by all the levels of the organization. The efficiency of the Integrated Quality System, Environment and Prevention of Risk at Work, is under the direct responsibility of the President. On his behalf, the person in charge of Quality, Environment and Prevention, oversees its implementation, development and maintenance, monitoring its complete alignment and correct application. With this purpose, the person in charge has the authority to intervene on those areas of MARITIME GLOBAL SERVICES, in accordance with this policy in order to check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System. The President of MARITIME GLOBAL SERVICES will fix periodically (at least once a year) and in writing, the Objectives of Quality, Environment and Prevention of Risk at Work. This is where the measurable values will be established, achievable and in accordance with this policy. This objectives will be used as a guideline as to where to focus its efforts. As President of MARITIME GLOBAL SERVICES, I agree to comply and enforce these principles and to continue to develop these guidelines of Quality, Environment and Prevention of Risk at Work, which are set on the Integrated Management System of the company.
