EB-Connect, the smart link to your group insurance The personalised application EB-Connect with digipass is designed for businesses with at least 20 employees affiliated to their group insurance schemes. For businesses with fewer employees, it is easier to submit HR changes using the forms on the public website. The EB-Connect application with digipass requires training and regular use in order to ensure efficient management. The EB-Connect application means: 1. Online administration error-free exchange of information between your company and VIVIUM 2. Fully automated processing minimisation of outmoded paper and telephone progress chasing 3. Online information constant, full and highly detailed overview of the whole group insurance scheme 1. Online administration Since the relevant changes to your HR file are transmitted instantaneously and in full through EB-Connect, your data can be processed quickly and free from errors. For you, this means a tremendous saving in time. 1.1. Security EB-Connect is a totally secure application. You receive a digipass and your own username and PIN. Furthermore, the data exchange is totally secure. 2. Fully automated processing Processing of HR changes: 76% computerised On average, you will make 2.14 changes per employee over the course of a year. 1.60 of these can be processed automatically. Only the remaining 0.54 must be done on paper or require additional information. 76% of changes communicated through EB-Connect are processed automatically. This means: • error-free processing; • processing can be guaranteed to take no more than one day. If a change is not to come into effect immediately (e.g. an employee will work part-time the following month), a future date for implementation can be entered. This is automatically checked by the system. 3. Online information You can use EB-Connect based on the different elements of the software. 3.1. Employer You can consult your group insurance, ask for breakdowns and have a detailed overview of the financial aspect of your group insurance policy: • A full record of premium payments going back up to three years • Status of the financing fund and transaction history • List of the categories and covers. 3.2. Employees With online access to the most recent information on employees insured there is nothing to file: • • Employee information Benefit Statements • • Changes to HR data Forms for a change to a benefit or transfer of a reserve 3.3. Downloads All the information you need for reporting and making calculations can be generated in Excel format overnight. • • Salary lists Summary of HR data • • Itemisation of premium per employee per cover Premium statements for the current calendar year 3.4. Overview of actions If a change cannot be fully automated, you can track its progress with 'transactions monitoring'.
