EB-Connect, the smart link to your group insurance
The personalised application EB-Connect with digipass is designed for businesses with at least 20 employees
affiliated to their group insurance schemes.
For businesses with fewer employees, it is easier to submit HR changes using the forms on the public website.
The EB-Connect application with digipass requires training and regular use in order to ensure efficient
management.

You receive a digipass and your own username and PIN.
Furthermore, the data exchange is totally secure.
2. Fully automated processing

On average, you will make 2.14 changes per employee over the course of a year. 1.60 of these can be processed
automatically. Only the remaining 0.54 must be done on paper or require additional information.
76% of changes communicated through EB-Connect are processed automatically. This means:

processing can be guaranteed to take no more than one day.
If a change is not to come into effect immediately (e.g. an employee will work part-time the following month), a
future date for implementation can be entered. This is automatically checked by the system.
