TERMS AND CONDITONS OF BUSINESS
4 DEUCES RECORDING, INC.
1 – In the absence of other written agreements (copies of
which must be attached to this document), the Client agrees
to the basic hourly rate of $30 per hour; $300 per day for a
10 hour day.
2 – The Client is responsible for all monies due to 4 Deuces
Recording, Inc. and shall make payment to the studio as
indicated on the invoice.
3 – 4 Deuces Recording, Inc. shall attempt to secure all
recording media owned by the Client and stored on the
premises, but is not responsible for loss or damage.
4 – 4 Deuces Recording, Inc. shall attempt to secure all
other property (exclusive of recording media) left by the
Client on the premises, but is not responsible for loss or
damage due to theft, fire, or other unforeseen incident.
5 – 4 Deuces Recording, Inc. will retain possession of all
recording media and digital data files until the Client has
made payment in full.
6 – 4 Deuces Recording, Inc. will respect the privacy of the
Client’s artistic work and intellectual property and will
not release, perform, cause to be performed, or otherwise
distribute the Client’s work without express written
permission of the Client.
7 – In the event of cancellation of agreed booking or
session, the Client will be subject to a cancellation fee
equal to 25% of the total planned booking, if such
cancellation occurs 48 or fewer hours before the scheduled
start time of the booking or session.
8 – Clients are strongly urged to not bring guests to 4
Deuces Recording, Inc. Any persons who have not signed this
document must gain approval of 4 Deuces Recording, Inc.
prior to admission to the studio. Non approved personnel
will be asked to leave the premises.
9 – the Client shall be responsible for any loss or damage
to 4 Deuces Recording, Inc. property incurred by the Client,
guests of the Client, or personnel acting under the Client’s
direction, as a result of misuse, negligence, and/or
carelessness.
10 – 4 Deuces Recording, Inc. personnel reserve the right to
be present during any and all portions of a booking or
session.
11 – receipt of media from 4 Deuces Recording, Inc. by the
Client shall constitute acknowledgement by both parties that
services have been good and truly rendered in full to the
satisfaction of the Client, and shall release 4 Deuces
Recording from liability regarding such media and services
rendered.
12 – these Terms and Conditions, accompanied by the Invoice
shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and
4 Deuces Recording, Inc. and may not be modified, changed,
or otherwise altered without express written agreement of
both parties.

these Terms and Conditions in full and believe them to be
fair.
