you’ll use for your equity awards. You

Purchase Plan (starting in 2011) or HP’s
Share Ownership Plan (SOP). Where are my
shares now that I’ve left HP?
When you leave HP, your participation in
the plan ends. HP will refund accumulated
contributions for the current Offering
Period on the next available payrollprocessing schedule and mail the check to
your address of record.
