All current postgraduate candidates by clinical medicine are required to renew the registration
at the beginning of every session throughout the candidature. Please note that registration
period for 2016/2017 Session will commence from 31st May 2015 until 15th July 2016.

Important Reminder:
(1) Registration is not complete if the details below has not been done:
(a) On-line registration
(b) Payment of fees
(c) Confirmation of registration
(2) (a) Penalty of RM200.00 will be charged to candidates upon approval to register after 15.7.2016.
(b) Penalty of RM300 will be charged upon approval to reactivate lapsed of candidature (the candidature
will be terminated if there’s no record of registration for 2016/2017 session).
(3) Please be reminded that all higher degree candidates are required to renew the candidature at the
beginning of every session throughout the stipulated duration of study. No letter will be issued to
remind about this matter. Failure to do so is considered a violation of the University regulations which
will result in the termination of the candidate’s candidature.

PAYMENT OF FEES THROUGH INTERNET BANKING FOR CURRENT POSTGRADUATE CANDIDATES
Payment of fees can be done through internet banking. Please use the following guide which is provided by Bank to pay fees through Internet Banking.

Click “Login” at the left of the screen.

proceed.

Key in “User ID” and ‘Submit’.

Log on to http://epayment.um.edu.my

Key in your perdana mail “username” and
“password”.
Enter “User ID” and “Password” to login.

Select “Bill Presentment” at “Bill Payment”.

Enter the amount of payment and click “submit for
payment”.
Click “pay online”.
Then click “PAY BILLS”.

Select “Universiti Malaya” at Service Provider drop
down box.

Click “I accept”, enter your e-mail & choose bank.
Click “submit”.

Please select the account to pay at “Payment
From”.

Enter “NRIC No.” or “Passport No” for (International
candidate) at required field and click “Next”.

Click “Confirm” to approve payment.

Select a Biller “Universiti Malaya-Postgraduates’
under ‘Payment To”.

Choose the bill and click “Pay”.

Click “Print”. Customers are advised to print the
transaction details for their reference.

Key in “NRIC No.” or “Passport No” for
(International candidate). Then click “submit”

Choose the source account to be debited and enter
the amount to pay.

Click “Logout”.
9.
Click “Proceed to Payment” to confirm payment.
Make sure the information and amount are
correct before clicking the “confirm” button.

Click “Pay”. The next screen will list details of
open bill payment to verify.
10.
Click “request” to get the “TAC number” and key
in then Click “confirm” button.

Click “Confirm” to proceed or otherwise.
11.
Print receipt for reference.

Once click “Confirm”, a screen with details of
transaction and transaction number will be provided.
