Dear colleagues, We have a Ph.D. position opened in our lab. This ANR-funded position is available immediately. The proposed project is centered on how positional information and time is integrated by muscle progenitors and maintained throughout myogenesis, in order to implement muscle identity in Drosophila. It will involve CRISPR/Cas9 gene modifications and high resolution imaging of muscle specification and differentiation in the embryo. We are looking for a highly motivated Ph.D. student with high skills in molecular biology and good knowledge in bio-informatics.
