Home Health Aide Program (HHA)
Program Information & Schedule
Program is offered once a year once in January
40 hour class
2-3 weeks (4 days a week)
Cost: $350 + Book
Theory classes- 7:30 am -12:30 pm
Clinical classes- 6:30 am -12:00pm
Up0n completion of this course, students will receive a HHA Certificate of Completion and State
Certification added to your CNA Certification
Requirements to enter into the HHA Program
 Must be at least 18 years old
 Must have a current NA Certification
The following will be required on the first day of class: Clovis Adult Health Forms (available in A-8)
 Physical Examination Form

Student Health Questionnaire
Additional Supplies and Health Requirements
 White Uniform (top and bottoms)
 White Nursing shoes
 Basic Life Support American Heart CPR
 Negative TB or chest x-ray
 Flu shot (in season)
