The name of the Agent/Agency and relevant Licence/Registration number must be recorded The name of the Builder/ Vendor must be recorded together with relevant Licence/Registration number. Record the name and details of applicant 1. Construction commencement date must be an estimate of the start date if the contract does not contain a specific date. Construction Completion date must be an estimate of the finish date if the Contact does not contain a specific date. Owner Builder QBBG Applications need to be submitted directly to the Queensland OSR.
