WORK EXPERIENCE, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 June’13 – Present: working in Prism cement limited, Satna (Capacity 6 MTPA) as a Senior Engineer in
production department.
 Working as a Process Engineer, Process site engineer and involved in CCR operation of Kiln (6000TPD),
Cement Mill 180 TPH capacity (closed circuit with Roller press), Raw Mill Atox 42.5 capacity 275 TPH
(VRM type) and Coal Mill.
 Involved in Refractory installation of Kiln, Cooler, and Pre-heater during Plant Shutdown.
 Carrying out heat balance, Mass balance and air balance of pyro section for optimizing the system.
 Worked on reducing Specific Heat Consumption of Pyro section to minimize coal consumption.
 Responsible for monitoring and supervising process control parameters to ensure higher capacity.
 Perform responsibilities of generating standard Operating processes and procedures of control plans
processing.
 Comprehensive knowledge of the processes and materials used in handling tasks in Cement Industry.
 In-depth knowledge of raw materials and its chemical compositions as well as cement automation systems
 Sound knowledge of blending, crushing, and kiln processing of geological elements.
 Having the knowledge of SAP in PS module using in project work for indenting the materials and posting the
daily reports

PROJECTS:
1. Aerodynamic effect of rear spoiler and vortex generator on high speed passenger cars
Guide: Prof. Anuj Jain and Prof. A.R PAUL, Department of Applied Mechanics, NIT Allahabad
 The work was about optimization of rear spoiler angle and vortex generator positions for drag reduction. In the
first stage a full-fledged experimental investigation was carried out using hot wire technique and 5-hole probe.
The experimental work was then used as a base for the computational analysis.
2. Computational study of drag reduction and vortex shredding on a cylinder in unbounded flow using upstream
control rods.


The work is about reducing drag over a cylinder by using rods of different size and shape in tandem and
staggered arrangement, different shapes(triangular, square and circular) and sizes of upstream rods were used,
the initial work was to determine the best suitable turbulence model and then run steady flow analysis.
