30” cook top.
(1) Stationary Display Shelf
for 36” cook top.
(8) 1-3/8” Black Phillips
Head Wood Screws
(4) 2-3/4” Euro Screws
(23) 2” Euro Screws
(27) Black Screw Cap Plugs\ (Not Shown)
(1) Shelf for Hood
(1) Header
Tools Required: Phillips screwdriver
Caution: Display components are very heavy.
2 people required to set-up display.
Due to the size and weight; the display should
be assembled near the final location.
If parts are missing please call Chicago POP Corporation – 1-847-981-4970
STEP 1 – Stand up
back panel and screw
in right and left side
panels from backside
using (6) 2” Euro
screws on each side
and insert Screw Cap
Plugs.
Note: Do not tighten
screws completely until
after you have
completed step #3.

STEP 2 – Screw from outside (Fig. 2A) with (2) 2” Euro screws on each side and (2) Black
Plugs on each side.

STEP 3 – Place Cooktop Shelf in position and insert dowel pegs (Fig. 3A) into
side holes for proper alignment. Use (6) 1-3/8” black Phillips Head screws and
screw into pre-drilled holes from inside of shelf (Fig. 3B)

STEP 4 – Place front Kick Plate inside front edge of Side Panels (Fig. 4A) and
screw from outside (Fig. 4B) with (2) 2” Euro screws on each side and insert
(2) Screw Plugs on each side.

STEP 5 – Insert top cooktop drawer (Fig. 5A) into side glides until spring buttons locked
into side holes.

STEP 6 – Position Hood Shelf (Fig. 6A) and screw in (2) 2-3/4” Euro screws on each side
(Fig. 6B). Screw in (3) 2” Euro screws from back panel. Insert Screw Plugs (Fig. 6C) over
screw heads.

STEP 7 – Insert 36” wide cook top in top shelf and 30” cook top into drawer as shown in
Fig. 7A and 7B.

STEP 8 – Place hood on hood shelf (Fig. 8A) and slide towards back panel. Using 2 wood
screws provided secure hood to back panel as shown in Fig. 8B.

STEP 9 – Position header between side panels by bowing the header panel outward and
slide downward into slots
