person fulfilling a pre-defined component

Characteristics of
Job Complexity
There is low immediate interchangeability of skills or
assignments.
The specialized skills contributed by group members are seen
as a vocation or profession.
It is unlikely that the skills and hard work of one team member
can off-set underperformance by the others.
Team member acceptance is based upon relevant education,
reputation and experience.
