Supplemental Figure 1: MMAE enhances comet tail length following
irradiation in pancreatic tumor cell lines. A) PANC-1 cells were treated with
vehicle or MMAE for 4 or 24 hours followed by 6 Gy. Cells were collected 15
minutes post IR and DNA double strand breaks were quantitated using neutral
comet assay to measure comet tail length. Data was normalized to nonirradiated samples. Data is plotted as mean comet tail length ± SEM. B, C XPA1 and 779E cells were treated with 0 or 1 nM MMAE overnight followed by 2 Gy.
