International Symposium on Mycological Genomics and Diversity I. Overview International Symposium on Mycological Genomics and Diversity will be held at Tunghai University, Taichung, Taiwan on 5 December 2014, which are organized by The Mycological Society of Republic of China. This 1-day meeting consists of seven keynote lectures, given by renowned local and overseas mycologists from Taiwan, Japan, USA and Russia. Topics of the lectures are related to the genomics and diversity of diverse ecological groups of fungi including pathogenic fungi, endophytic fungi, yeasts and fungi with sustainable applications. The participants of this meeting will be given an update on the current topics in the study of genomics and diversity of fungi. Also, this meeting will allow thorough discussion on topics in genomics and diversity of fungi between local and international participants, which hopefully will result in future international collaboration.
